BMW 507 – roadster, manufactured in Germany by BMW from 1956 to 1959. The car was presented at Frankurtskom Motor Show in 1955. This car was BMW’s answer to the main competitor Mercedes-Benz and its 300SL model. V8 engine was made of aluminum, as well as the body. Thanks to the two carburetors Zenith 32NDIX and increased 7.8:1 compression ratio the power was 150 hp. First BMW model equipped with front disc brakes. In total 252 cars were produced.
