The Chrysler Crossfire is a rear-wheel drive, 2-door sports car (coupé and roadster) produced by Chrysler. Was built for Chrysler by Karmann of Germany. Developed during the union of Daimler and Chrysler, it is based on the R170 platform shared with Mercedes-Benz SLK320. Base and Limited models are equipped with a Mercedes-Benz 3.2l V6 engine (215 hp and 310 Nm). SRT-6 models are equipped with a special supercharged version of the engine built by AMG.
