Honda CR-V - a compact crossover SUV produced by Japanese company Honda. The model was created on the basis of Honda Civic. The name is an abbreviation of Comfortable Recreational Vehicle. Production began in late 1995 and till the end of 2005 more than 2,000,000 Honda CR-Vs were produced. It is manufactured in factories in Japan, the U.S., Canada, the UK and China. The car is equipped with B20B, B20Z, K20A, D20A, K24A, R20A2 engines. Produced with both front and all-wheel drive, both manual and automatic transmissions were optionally available.
