BMW Z4 - two-seat roadster, manufactured by the BMW, had open body and soft-top. In 2009, the car was modernized and has since been released in one form - with hardtop (E89), it is the first car of its kind in history of BMW. Furthermore, the complicated design of the hardtop also required special technology. The new body was rigid, consisting of two aluminum pieces fit into the trunk of the roof.
