Chevrolet Bel Air - American full-size car produced by Chevrolet division of General Motors from 1949 to 1975. It received its name in the honor of prestigious district of Los Angeles, California. Prior to 1959, Bel Air was the most expensive and well-equipped Chevrolet model, stood below the model 150, 210 and Biscayne. In1958 Chevrolet Bel Air Impala and newest 4.2l V8 appeared equipped with the Ram Jet fuel injection system.
